	Dorent – Operational Leasing is our business December 3, 2002 IS-124 Michal Rosen Rosen Designs Dear Michal, A number of months have passed since we occupied our new offices at the Toyota Tower and we wish to thank you for escorting the project and to briefly describe the stages we had to go through with your guidance. At the initial planning stage you raised 3 ideas as a result of which we chose you from a number of leading architects who submitted their candidacy to plan the project. The floor plan you proposed save us tens of meters and quite a lot of money. During the planning stage while we worked as a team you invested time, thought, creativity and professional expertise to obtain an office whereby every part therein was stringently planned. In planning the furniture for the open spaces you invested thought to create furniture with a rich and elegant look from relatively simple materials – Formica and MDF and the acoustic partitions from drywall that you planned in conjunction with the acoustics consultant efficiently and no less glamorous than the standard expensive textile partitions. The Dorent team invested immense thought in choosing the design style to reflect the company's image and you implemented our decisions successfully while combining the suitable trimmings.
